  • 125 pieces -fish(hilsa or pomfret)
  • 1/2 tablespoons - mustard paste
  • 1/2 tablespoons - mustard oil
  • 1/4 nos - medium onion
  • As required Chopped
  • 1/2 nos - cloves garlic
  • As required Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon - red chili powder
  • As required - salt to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoons - mustard seeds
  • As required - Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions: Mustard Fish Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.. Marinate fish in mustard paste, turmeric, and red chili powder.
  • STEP 2.2. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
  • STEP 3.3. Add onion, garlic, and mustard seeds; sauté.
  • STEP 4.4. Add marinated fish; cook until tender.
  • STEP 5.5. Season with salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.6. Garnish with cilantro; serve with rice!
