Ingredients For Dal Egg Curry Recipe

0.5 cup Massor dal
2 Pieces Egg
4 tsp water
1 Pieces Garlic Clove
1 Pieces chilli
0.5 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Oil
0.5 tsp Red chilli powder
0.5 tsp Baking powder
To Taste For gravy
1 Pieces Big onion
1 Pieces Medium tomato
5 Pieces Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
0.5 tsp Onion seeds
0.5 tsp Red chilli powder
0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 Pieces green chilli
1 Pieces Medium potato
2 cup water
2 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tsp Salt
1 A Stem bunch coriander

Directions : Dal Egg Curry Recipe

STEP 1.Soak Masoor Dal for 2-3 hours
STEP 2.Make a smooth paste of Masoor Dal + water + green chilli + garlic. Add turmeric + salt + red chilli powder + garam masala powder and mix well.
STEP 3.mix very nicely
STEP 4.Break eggs into the mixture and mix very nicely. Lastly add baking powder, mix well and transfer the mixture to greased pan.
STEP 5.mixture / batter in greased pan
STEP 6.Cover and cook under low to medium flame for 8-9 minutes. Flip it with help of a plate / thali and cook further for 8-9 minutes and allow to cool.
STEP 7.After cooling, cut into pieces and lightly fry till golden brown.
STEP 8.In moderately heated pan add oil, add onion seeds + garlic and allow to sizzle, then add onion + green chilli and sauté till translucent. Then add potato + ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 9.The add chopped tomatoes and sauté for few seconds, then add all spices + 2 tbsp water and stir fry till spices turn aromatic and starts leaving oil.
STEP 10.Then add water and give 5-6 times boil.
STEP 11.Add the fried egg fritters and cook for 3-4, minutes under low to medium flame. Add chopped coriander, simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 12.Keep in stand by mode for 2-3 minutes, dish is ready. Fritters absorbs gravy, so add water accordingly.
STEP 13.Serve with plain rice, roti, paratha and enjoy.
