STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add maida & corn flour, mix it well .
STEP 2.Now add all the given ingredients , mix it well.
STEP 3.Add water slowly slowly , mix well till smooth & pouring consistency, keep aside.
STEP 4.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
Coat paneer pcs nicely with the batter , drop in the hot oil .
Deep fry them until light brown . Make all the paneer pcs in the same manner , keep aside .
Now take another wok , add oil , heat it , turn off the flame .
Add ginger garlic , saute it for a sec . In goes onion & green chilli , saute it for a minute .
Turn on the flame , add red chilli ( broken into halves ) , cook it for a sec .
In goes diced onion & capsicum , mix well . Stir fry it for a minute .
Now add all the sauces one by one , mix it well . Add lil water , cook it for a minute .
Add salt & black pepper powder , mix it well .
Mix corn flour with water , make slurry , add in the masala , mix it . Cook it till a lil thick .
Now add fried paneer pcs , stir it nicely .
In goes few onion greens & chopped dhania patta .
Turn off the flame , take out in a serving bowl .
Can be served along with any Fried Rice...
