STEP 1.1-Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. When its crackled add the onion and green chilli and saute on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
STEP 2.2-Add the tomatoes. Mix well and add 2 tbsp of water. Mix well and cook on a slow flame for again 1to2 minutes. Stirring continuously. Add the pav bhaji masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and 1 tbsp water.mix well and cook on medium heat.
STEP 3.3-Add the crumbled paneer and salt and mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and off the flame. Serve hot paneer bhurji with roti or paratha.
