Ingredients for Paneer bhurji Recipe

  • 125 gm Paneer mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 0.13 tsp Turmaric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Corriender leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • STEP 1.1-Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. When its crackled add the onion and green chilli and saute on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2-Add the tomatoes. Mix well and add 2 tbsp of water. Mix well and cook on a slow flame for again 1to2 minutes. Stirring continuously. Add the pav bhaji masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and 1 tbsp water.mix well and cook on medium heat.
  • STEP 3.3-Add the crumbled paneer and salt and mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and off the flame. Serve hot paneer bhurji with roti or paratha.
