STEP 1.Take a pan put sugar in it, add 62.5 gram water in it .Boil it until sticky add cardamom powder to it switch off the flame
STEP 2.Now seive the besan, make a thin pouring consistency batter by add water gradually.Add soda in it .
STEP 3.Take 2 small bowls, put 4 _ 4 tbsp of prepared battar individually both the bowls, add orange colour in one bowl and green colour in second bowl , mix well.
STEP 4.Now heat sufficient ghee in a wok,take a boondi zarni and keep it up on the hot oil with some distance.pour one laddle if battar in zarni, let the battar drip in ghee by itself.fry it.Dont overfry, just soft frying.
STEP 5.Make boondi in the same way.
STEP 6.Now add bondi in sugar syrup , and keep on flame for 3 to 4 minutes, switch off the flame, cover and keep aside for 30 minutes so that it may absorb the sugar syrup.
STEP 7.Now make ladoos
