My favourite Hummus Dip is very simple and a very tasty dip.Hummus is complimentary with almost every dish in middle eastern countries Tratziki is a Greek yogurt Garlic sauce.It is very easy to make but very difficult to pronounce.

Ingredients for Hummus and Tzatziki Dip Recipe

  • 0.17 cup Boiled chickpeas
  • 1/25 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.67 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.17 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/25 cup Olive oil
  • 1/25 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • as required Salt
  • 0.17 cup Hungcurd
  • 0.17 g Cucumber grated
  • 0.33 tbsp Dill leaves chopped
  • 0.17 g Grated garlic
  • 0.33 teaspoon Olive oil
  • as required Salt

Directions: Hummus And Tzatziki Dip Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all we will make tahini for hummus.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan , dry roast sesame seeds on low flame .
  • STEP 3.Turn off the flame 🔥 let it cool when cool, put it in a grinding jar, churn it , try to make a powder now add olive oil and gring till smooth paste .Tahini paste is ready.
  • STEP 4.Now
  • STEP 5.Method for Hummus
  • STEP 6.Soak chickpeas overnight.Next morning strain and put the chick peas in a pressure cooker with one and half cup of water.Boil for 6 whistles.switch off the flame 🔥.Let the pressure release itself.open the lid.Let it cool.when cool strain
  • STEP 7.the chick peas .keep the stock aside for further use.
  • STEP 8.Peel the chick peas for smooth texture.
  • STEP 9.Put the chick peas in grinding jar add garlic cloves, lemon juice, cumin powder, tahini, salt and olive oil.close the lid, blend it, use stock gradually to make a smooth paste
  • STEP 10.Take it out in a serving plate Garnish it with paprika and olive oil. Now Tzatziki Dip Combine the cucumber and little salt in s bowl , mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumber and place it in another deep bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled.
