Ingredients for Aloo Poha Tikki Recipe

  • 37.50 grams aloo
  • 0.13 cup poha
  • as required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Amchur powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Aloo Poha Tikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil , peel and mash the potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Grind the poha in a grinder jar , make powder.
  • STEP 3.Mix poha powder and potato mash, very well.
  • STEP 4.Add rest of the ingredients.
  • STEP 5.Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Grease your hands, take a small portion of dough, give it a tikki shape, make all the tikkies in the same manner.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a wok, deep fry tikkies in batches on medium flame.
  • STEP 8.Transfer them to an absorbent paper.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot in a platter .
