Ingredients for spring roll with spring roll sheet Recipe

  • 1/10 cup Refined flour
  • 1/10 teaspoon Oil
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/20 cup water
  • as required Dry flour
  • 1/5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/10 g Grated ginger
  • 1/5 pieces Green chillies
  • 1/20 cup Beans
  • 1/20 cup Capsicum
  • 1/20 cup Carrot
  • 1/20 cup Cabbage
  • as required Salt
  • 1/20 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1/20 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/10 teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1/10 tbsp maida
  • as required Watet

Directions: Spring Roll With Spring Roll Sheet Recipe

  • STEP 1.For stuffing Heat oil in a wok .Add garlic and green chillies to it, saute for half a minute. Add chopped veggies beans, capsicum and cabbage.Saute for a minute on high flame, add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, mix well and add Soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.Fillling is ready.Let it cool. , For spring roll sheet Take a bowl, put all purpose in it add salt and oil, mix well, add water gradually and make a soft dough, give rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes make small lumps balls from the dough Roll it in dry flour.Then with the help of rolling pin roll it about 3 diameters round. Make all the rolls , cover them with damp cloth. Now take 3 rolls On first roll apply some oil, sprinkle some dry flour. Keep second roll on it, apply oil and sprinkle dry flour, keep third on on it.press it.Roll it about 7 to 8 diameters inches. Heat a tawa .place 3 layer roll on it, when bubbles apear, flip it, cook for a second from another side.Remove from tawa.Make all the wrappers in the same way.Three wrappers are ready at one time. Keep apart them from each other. Now take a wrapper sheet.keep stuffing on one side of the sheet.Dont keep stuffing in the centre. Cover the stuffing with one fold.fold it from side to wrap the end.paste slurry at the end of the wrapper, roll it towards the slurry.seel it well at the end. Deep fry them on medium flame in sufficient oil until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot
