Ingredients for Nadru ke kebab Recipe

  • 30 gram Nadru
  • 0.30 tbsp Roasted Besan
  • 0.03 cup Boiled potato
  • 0.03 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon Fennel powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • as required Salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/100 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Kewra water
  • as required Oil
  • 1/5 stems Coriander stems
  • 1/5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions: Nadru Ke Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all peel the nadrus ( lotus stems) .wash and just blanch them in boiled water for 2 minutes.Immediately transfer them to chilled water.
  • STEP 2.Dry them with tissue paper and grate them with the help of grater.
  • STEP 3.Now add coriander stems , coriander leaves, boiled potato, roasted besan, salt, red chilli powder, ginger powder, fennel powder, turmeric powder, kewra water, cumin powder, cardamom powder all together. Mix nicely(.lf required add more roasted besan for binding) . Grease your hands and give the desired shape to your mixture. I m making round kebabs. Now heat sufficient oil in a wok. Deep fry the kebabs by dropping one by one.Fry in batches. First deep fry them in light golden brown on medium flame, then double fry them at the time of serving on medium to high flame 🔥. Serve hot.
