STEP 1.Take a ball , put besan in it, add soda mix well.
Add water in it.make a batter.batter should be nor too thick and nor too thin.it should coat the spoon. Beat the batter for atleast 7 to 8 minutes.keep aside.
Sugar syrup
Take a pan add water and sugar in it, wait for a boil, simmer the flame cook till sticky consistency.No string required.
Switch off the flame.
Heat ghee / oil in a wok.
Take boondi making zarra, keep it upon the ghee with some distance.
Pour half ladle of batter in zarra, let it drop in oil by itself.
Fry until golden brown and crispy
In the same way make all boondi.
Put this boondi in lukewarm sugar syrup.
Meethi boondi is ready.
Keep in syrup for atleast 2 hours for better result
