STEP 1.In a big mixing bowl take maize flour and mix all other ingredients in it.
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients nicely and start kneading the dough with lukewarm water.
STEP 3.Dough should be soft.
STEP 4.Put a steamer ready for steaming the dhokla.
STEP 5.Now make the dough into balls and flatten them a bit. Make a hole in the centre of the dough.
STEP 6.Arrange the Dhokla in steamer and steam for 30-35 min.
STEP 7.Now Dhikla is ready Serve hot dhokla with any dalmor chutney.
