Ingredients for leftover rice tikki Recipe

  • As required For Tikki
  • 1 cups boiled rice
  • 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Suji
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated careot
  • 1/2 nos chopped onion
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • As required Other ingredients
  • As required Suji for coating
  • As required oil for shallow frying

Directions: Leftover Rice Tikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and mix all ingredients of tikki.
  • STEP 2.Make the tikki with the mixture(if mixture is wet you can add little more suji).
  • STEP 3.coat tikki with extra suji for crunch.
  • STEP 4.Heat the pan and shallow fry the tikki with oil till it turns golden and crispy from both sides.
  • STEP 5.serve with ketchup and chutney.
