  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup water or
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • As required Oil for greasing

Directions: Wheat Semolina Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,semolina,salt,curd and water mix well make sure there is no lumps.
  • STEP 2.Batter should be in running consistency.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick tawa and pour batter evenly and cook with little oil till it becomes crispy.
  • STEP 4.Wheat rawa dosa is ready to serve woth sambhar.
