Ingredients for Spinach corn sabji(palak corn sabji) Recipe

  • 1/2 nos bunch spinach leaves wash
  • 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 2 nos green chillies
  • 0-1/2 nos Garlic Cloves
  • As required Salt
  • 1 nos medium onion
  • 1 nos medium tomato
  • 1/2 piece inchof ginger
  • 1/2 nos tblsp kitchen king masala
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 1 nos tblap butter
  • 1/2 tsp Oil

Directions: Spinach Corn Sabji(palak Corn Sabji) Recipe

  • STEP 1.First we will blanch spinach leaves. Dont completely boil it. Run under cold water. Now place them in mixer. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and blanched spinach leaves,milk.Dont add water. Puree it. Take out in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Now in a mixer add tomatoes and onion. Grind into paste.
  • STEP 3.Place kadhai and add butter and oil.Add tomatoes onion paste and fry till it leaves the sides of kadhai.
  • STEP 4.Add blanched spinach puree. Allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Stirring it continuously.
  • STEP 5.Add water according to consistency you want.
  • STEP 6.Add corn and kitchen king masala ,salt cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  • STEP 7.serve it with Roti.
