Ingredients for makke ka dhokla Recipe

  • 0.13 kg maize flour
  • 1/4 cup Boiled and crushed peas
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 pieces chopped onion
  • 1/4 piece chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/4 nos eno sachte
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • As required Luke Warm Water

Directions: Makke Ka Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a big mixing bowl take maize flour and mix all other ingredients in it.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients nicely and start kneading the dough with lukewarm water.
  • STEP 3.Dough should be soft.
  • STEP 4.Put a steamer ready for steaming the dhokla.
  • STEP 5.Now make the dough into balls and flatten them a bit. Make a hole in the centre of the dough.
  • STEP 6.Arrange the Dhokla in steamer and steam for 30-35 min.
  • STEP 7.Now Dhikla is ready Serve hot dhokla with any dalmor chutney.
