Ingredients for curd kabab Recipe

  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp Finely chopped cashewnuts
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • 5 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1.50 nos Finely chopped green chillies
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • As required Cornflour for rolling

Directions: Curd Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine all the ingredients (expect oil and cornflour) in a deep bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Divide the mixture into 7-8 equal portions and shape each portion round kebab and tikki.
  • STEP 3.Roll each kabab in cornflour.
  • STEP 4.Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs till they turn crispy and golden brown from both sides.
  • STEP 5.serve hot with ketchup and chutney.
