Sooji dhokla/rava dhokla/semolina dhokla Recipe

An instant dhokla made with sooji without any fermentation. Spongy and soft dhoklas are ready in no time. However making this is an art and many beginners tend to fail in this. It needs little practice. The batter should be thick like that of an idli batter and add eno fruit salt just before steaming and mix it with a very light hand. Do not be harsh on it. These are some tricks to be followed and you will end up with spongy dhoklas that just melt in your mouth. A perfect breakfast for the elderly and everyone else too. Happy steaming !!!!!!!!!!!.
