Ingredients for VEGETABLE LOLLIPOP IN BARBEQUE SAUCE Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 0.13 Pieces rated beetroot
  • 1/4 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • 0.13 cup Peas
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1/2 Pieces large boiled
  • A Few pealed potatoes
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp For sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/4 Pieces Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped spring onions(optional)
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp chilliflakes
  • 1/4 As Required Water for adjusting consistency
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Vegetable Lollipop In Barbeque Sauce Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take all the vegetables in a bowl and mix it with maida,and all the other ingredients.Make a firm dough.
  • STEP 2.Next shape the mixture in your hand and insert an ice-cream stick in it.
  • STEP 3.Apply it all over the icecream stick and give it a lollipop shape.Do this step with firmly else your lollipop might fall apart while frying.
  • STEP 4.Next fry it in low to medium flame till it gets golden brown from all side.
  • STEP 5.Drain on to the paper napkin.
  • STEP 6.Always fry on low flame turning continuosly .
  • STEP 7.For Bar B Que sauce: First heat a sesame oil in a pan.
  • STEP 8.Add ginger garlic paste , and saute for a while.
  • STEP 9.Now add sauce and soya sauce ,salt ,chilli flakes and mix well.
  • STEP 10.Now add some water to adjust the sauce consistency.
  • STEP 11.Now dip all the lollipops in bar b que sauce.
  • STEP 12.Now garnish with spring onions greens n coriander and serve immediately.
