STEP 2.Fry ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes.
STEP 3.Add onion & green chillies...turmeric & salt.
STEP 4.Fry till translucent.
STEP 5.Add mashed upma.
STEP 6.Also add red chilli powder , chaat masala.
STEP 7.Give a good mix.
STEP 8.Cook for 2 min.
STEP 9.Add mashed potatoes.
STEP 10.Mix & cook for a min.
STEP 11.Turn off heat.
STEP 12.Once cool devide into small portions.
STEP 13.Flatten a bit & coat with bread crumbs.
STEP 14.Shallow fry both sides on hot tawa using oil till golden brown.
STEP 15.Serve hot.
