• 2 Tbsp Clarified butter - Ghee
• 1 Tbsp carom seeds(ajwain)
• 0.25 Tsp hing(asafoetida)
• 0.5 Cups Surti papdi / flat green beans
• 0.25 Cups Sweet potato, chopped
• 0.5 Cups Fresh yams peeled, 1 inch dice
• 0.25 Cups Medium Raw Banana
• As required Salt (As per taste)
• 5 Nos Baby brinjals
• 5 Nos Baby potatoes
• 1 Cups Grated coconut
• 0.25 Cups Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
• 4 Nos Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
• 1 Nos Green Chilli (chopped)
• 3 Tsp sesame seeds ( til)
• 3 Tsp Dhania powder
• 0.5 Tsp Turmeric powder ( haldi)
• 0.5 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / deggi mirch
• 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2 Tsp sugar (chini)
• 1 Tsp Salt (As per taste)
