  • 50 ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 25 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tbsp Gelatin Powder

  • STEP 1.Crush the Marie biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin. Set the biscuit crumbs aside for layering.
  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue whipping until well combined. If using vanilla extract, mix it in at this stage. (Optional) If you prefer a firmer consistency, dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of warm water and mix it into the cream mixture.
  • STEP 2.In serving glasses or a dish, start with a layer of biscuit crumbs. Add a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of biscuit crumbs.
  • STEP 3.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy delight!
