Ingredients for One Pot Undhiyu Recipe
- 15 g Surti papdi
- 10 g Small baingan
- 20 g Baby potatoes
- 10 g Medium sized sweet potatoes
- 10 g medium size raw bananas
- 15 g Purple yam
- 1/20 Cups Grated coconut
- 0.30 Tbsp Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
- 1/5 Tbsp sesame seeds ( til)
- 1/20 Tbsp Ginger paste
- 1/20 Tbsp garlic paste
- 1/20 Tbsp Green chili paste
- 1/20 Tsp Turmeric powder ( haldi)
- 1/20 Tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or red chili powder
- 0.30 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)
- 1/5 Tsp ground cumin (cumin powder)
- 1/10 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/10 Tbsp sugar ( as per your taste)
- As required Salt (As per taste)
