Delicious and easy egg crepes which is a quick breakfast recipe for kids. This tastes amazing when hot or warm and served it with ketchup or any chutney of choice.
STEP 1.Make a mixture of milk, maida, baking powder and salt without lumps
STEP 2.Whisk the egg mixture with all ingredients mentioned in the section
STEP 3.Now add oil in a nonstick pan and pour the batter and allow to cook on the bottom
STEP 4.Add the egg mixture and allow to cook in low flame
STEP 5.Turn and roll over slowly pressing with spatula
STEP 6.Place on a parchment paper and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cut into slices with a knife and serve hot
