Ingredients for Tea Cinnamon Eggs Recipe

  • 1.67 Pieces eggs
  • As Required Salt
  • A Stalk tea bag(of your choice
  • 0.67 Inch cinnamon sticks
  • 0.17 Cup soya sauce
  • 0.33 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.17 Tsp cinnamon powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Star anise

Directions: Tea Cinnamon Eggs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Hard boil the eggs and keep aside to cool. Use a fork to gently crack the egg shells without breaking and peeling off
  • STEP 2.Now in a pot 1 cup boil water, add soya sauce, cinnamon powder and stick, tea bag, star anise. Mix and add the hard boiled cracked eggs and boil for an hour so that the cinnamon tea flavours infuse
  • STEP 3.Now cool the mixture and take out the eggs slowly and put in a bowl of cold water. Slowly deshell them and you see the fine marble texture with the aroma of cinnamon infused with tea benefits. The tea egg marinating liquid, if stored properly, can be used more than once. The eggs can be stored for later use.They make a perfect breakfast, noodle topping, and between-meal snack!
