Ingredients for Turkey Crepes Recipe

  • 0.67 Large eggs
  • 0.67 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted. plus more to saute
  • As required I have made crepes with extra light olive oil in leu of butter with good results
  • 0.17 cup All purpose flour or use 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup all purpose
  • 1/25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.08 pound Leftover turkey meat dark and/or white meat
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.08 pound Mushrooms Sliced
  • 0.17 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
  • 0.17 Carrot finely grated
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 0.17 tablespoon Olive oil
