Ingredients for Egg Crepes Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup maida
  • 0.08 Tsp baking powder
  • 0.17 Tsp salt
  • 0.67 Pieces eggs
  • 0.08 Cup chopped onions
  • 0.08 Cup chopped tomatoes
  • Sprig coriander leaves
  • 0.67 Pieces chopped chicken sausage
  • 0.08 Tsp salt
  • 0.17 Tsp pepper powder
  • 0.67 Tbsps as needed Vegetable oil
  • 0.67 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions: Egg Crepes Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a mixture of milk, maida, baking powder and salt without lumps
  • STEP 2.Whisk the egg mixture with all ingredients mentioned in the section
  • STEP 3.Now add oil in a nonstick pan and pour the batter and allow to cook on the bottom
  • STEP 4.Add the egg mixture and allow to cook in low flame
  • STEP 5.Turn and roll over slowly pressing with spatula
  • STEP 6.Place on a parchment paper and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cut into slices with a knife and serve hot
