#paneer Fusion cuisine is one that combines elements of different culinary traditions. This recipe is one such combination made for my father on this Father’s day where I have made this yummy crispy paneer sandwich toasted in butter as he is very fond of paneer.

Ingredients for Papad Crusted No Bread Paneer Sandwich Recipe

  • 0.67 grams Amul Malai Paneer
  • 1.67 Pieces Masala papad
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Small onion
  • 0.33 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 0.67 g reen chillies chopped
  • 0.33 cup green capsicum
  • 0.33 cup yellow bell pepper
  • sprig Fresh coriander sprigs
  • 0.33 Pieces Amul cheese slice
  • 0.67 Tbsp Amul Cheese sauce Green Chutney
  • 0.67 Pieces Egg
  • 6.67 g Amul butter for toasting
  • 0.33 tbsp Vegetable oil

Directions: Papad Crusted No Bread Paneer Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Cut cottage cheese into thick slices.
  • STEP 2.2.Sprinkle salt and pepper powder to taste on both sides of the paneer slices and set aside.
  • STEP 3.💖For the stuffing:
  • STEP 4.3.Chop 7-8 coriander sprigs alongwith the stems and transfer all the chopped ingredients into a bowl. Add the Amul cheese slice into it and add 2 tbsp Amul cheese sauce green chutney. Mix well and add ¼ tsp pepper powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.4.Mash the boiled potato and mix well.
  • STEP 6.5.Take 1 tbsp vegetable oil and light fry the onions and capsicum and bell pepper.
  • STEP 7.6.Now transfer the fried onions mixture to the same bowl and mix well. Add the finely chopped tomatoes now. Adjust salt to taste.
  • STEP 8.💖Assembling the sandwich
  • STEP 9.7.Stuff the prepared mixture between the paneer slices and press lightly.
  • STEP 10.8.Light roast the papad (gas or micro oven) and break them into smaller pieces and crush further in a food processor into smaller pieces. Spread the crushed papad on a plate.
  • STEP 11.9.Whisk the eggs in a flat bowl with salt.
  • STEP 12.10.Dip prepared paneer sandwiches in the egg and coat in the crushed papad.
  • STEP 13.11.Add a dollop of Amul butter in a flat pan and toast the crusted paneer sandwiches on medium heat till golden and crisp.
  • STEP 14.12.In a serving plate take sauces of your choice with any salad and serve the snacks immediately to enjoy the crispy taste of the sandwiches.
