Ingredients for Pineapple Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0.33 tsp Shah jeera
  • 0.33 g Finely chopped ginger
  • 0.33 g chopped green chilli
  • 0.33 cup Cashew+melon paste
  • 0.67 tbsp Khoa kheer
  • 0.33 tsp White pepper powder
  • 0.33 As Required Salt
  • As Required Sugar
  • 0.33 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 66.67 gm Paneer cubes
  • 0.33 cup Pineapple cubes
  • 0.33 tsp kasuri methi
  • As Required arnishing
  • 0.33 tbsp Rogan
  • As Required For Rogan
  • 0.33 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Finely chopped almonds
  • 0.33 tbsp Cream

Directions: Pineapple Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Heat butter in a pan and add shah jeera. Once it splutters add chopped ginger and green chillies and saute
  • STEP 2.2.Now add the cashewnut melon seeds paste and keep stirring so that it does not stick to bottom.
  • STEP 3.3.Add grated khoa and mix well.
  • STEP 4.4.Add white pepper powder, add salt and sugar to taste.
  • STEP 5.5.Add fresh cream and mix well.
  • STEP 6.6. If required add water to have a mediunm consistency of the gravy,then add the paneer cubes,mix well
  • STEP 7.7. Add the pineapple cubes and mix. Simmer the gravy.
  • STEP 8.8. Crush the kasuri methi and sprinkle on top.
  • STEP 9.9. Prepare the rogan by just heating the ghee, add the kashmiri red chilli powder and turn off the flame. Mix well and allow to cool for a minute. Take a tbsp of it and sprinkle on top of the gravy.
  • STEP 10.10. Enjoy with Naan or Roti.
