Ingredients for Basil Pepper Chicken Recipe

  • 266.67 gm Curry cut chicken
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 1.33 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.08 cup Basil leaves
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • 3.33 Pieces Cashewnuts
  • 0.33 g Large onion
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato
  • 1.67 g 5-6 g
  • 3.33 Pieces Pepper corns
  • 0.17 tsp Salt

Directions: Basil Pepper Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. In a mixer take basil leaves, cashewnuts,green chilli, 2-3 garlic cloves and make a smooth paste
  • STEP 2.2. Marinate chicken with the basil mixture and curd, salt and 2 tbsp olive oil and set aside for 20 minutes
  • STEP 3.3. In a wok take 2 tbsp olive oil. Add onions and minced garlic cloves and fry. Now add the marinated chicken and tomatoes and fry till the oil starts separating on top.
  • STEP 4.4. Cover the wok and once the water starts releasing stir in between and cook till all the water evaporates
  • STEP 5.5. Now add fresh basil leaves and freshly crushed black pepper corns and mix uniformly well. Serve with chapati or paratha
