Ingredients for Egg Korma Recipe

  • 1.33 Pieces eggs
  • 0.33 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.33 Tbsp ghee
  • 0.33 Pieces clove
  • 0.33 g reen cardamom
  • 0.33 Pieces black cardamom
  • 0.33 Pieces onion
  • 0.33 Tsp ginger paste
  • 0.33 Tsp garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp yoghurt
  • 0.33 Tbsp maida
  • 0.17 Tsp coriander powder
  • 0.17 Tsp cumin powder
  • 0.17 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp garam masala powder
  • A Pinch Kesar - few strands
  • 0.33 Tbsp milk
  • 0.17 Tsp kewra essence
  • 0.67 Tbsp Beresta

Directions: Egg Korma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Make slits in eggs and once the oil is hot, fry them lightly from all the sides. Remove from oil and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Add ghee in the same pan and heat.Add cloves, cardamom and black cardamom and fry for a few seconds.Now add onion, ginger and garlic and fry for 4-5 minutes until onions turn slightly golden in color.Whisk yogurt with maida and add it in the pan.
  • STEP 3.Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder and a cup of water and cook on heat for 5-6 minutes.Add saffron, kewra essence and egg in the pan and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Now add more water if required and bring the curry to a boil. Garnish with beresta.
