Ingredients for Fried Makhmali Paneer Kabab Recipe

  • 66.67 gms fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 0.33 Pieces Slice cheese
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • 1.33 tsp Amul Taza Milk
  • 8.33 gms khoya kheer
  • 0.17 tsp cardamom powder
  • 0.17 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1.33 tsp amul fresh cream
  • 2 Pieces Cashewnuts
  • 1.67 Pieces Raisins
  • 0.33 tsp Pista Flakes
  • 0.33 cup Cornflour
  • 0.67 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Fried Makhmali Paneer Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Grate the paneer and the khoya kheer and mix well.
  • STEP 2.2.Add one by one the rest ingredients except cornflour.
  • STEP 3.3.Use your hand to mix very well and adjust the seasonings as per your choice.
  • STEP 4.4. Now add and adjust the cornflour to make a smooth dough.
  • STEP 5.5. Now make small balls and press between two hands to give the shape of kebab and keep aside
  • STEP 6.6.Add ghee in a flat pan and once hot place one by one the kebabs. Wait till one side is fried and brownish.
  • STEP 7.7. Slowly flip over the kebab and repeat the same process again.
  • STEP 8.8. The kebabs are ready to serve with salad and any condiments of your choice.
