STEP 1.Bring to boil the milk first. When it will start to boil switch off the flame.
STEP 2.Make it cool for 5minutes & then add vinegar to make it curdle.
STEP 3.Strain the excess water & wash the paneer under cold water.
STEP 4.Make it completely dry then.
STEP 5.Mash it well then & make small balls.
STEP 6.Boil jaggery syrup with water. When it will start to leave bubble add paneer balls. Boil it in high for 10minutes with lid. After that open the lid & boil it another 10minutes in medium flame without lid.
STEP 7.Once it's done switch off the flame . Make the rasgullas cool in room temperature.
STEP 8.Keep it in fridge then & make it chilled.
