This refreshing Pahadi-style Bhindi Raita is made with crispy fried bhindi slices added to curd and finished with a simple haldi–Aashirvaad Rai tempering for a rustic mountain flavor
STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan fry bhindi pieces on medium flame till lightly crisp
STEP 2.take out and cool Whisk curd with Aashirvaad Salt in a bowl add fried bhindi
STEP 3.In a small pan heat 1 tsp oil add Aashirvaad Rai, dry red chili and a pinch of haldi let it splutter
STEP 4.Pour this tadka over bhindi-curd mix gently and serve
