STEP 2.sieve all of the dry ingredients to avoid lumps.
STEP 3.Now add gulkand
STEP 4.Mix it well.
STEP 5.Now in a separate bowl, add ghee
STEP 6.Add sifted powdered sugar to it.
STEP 7.Mix it till it's a very soft, smooth, and fluffy batter
STEP 8.Now add fab paan essences and mix it.
STEP 9.Add milk and mix it.
STEP 10.Now add all your dry ingredients,
STEP 11.slowly, start kneeding the dough. But don't kneed it too much
STEP 12.Now cover the dough with a plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for atleast half an hour.
STEP 13.roll the dough with a rolling pin,
STEP 14.spread some rose petals on the top, and gently press it inside the dough
STEP 15.preheat your oven.
STEP 16.With the help of cookie cutter and cut the cookie dough with it.
STEP 17.bake it at 160 °C for 20 minutes and then ENJOY!
