Ingredients for nani dadi style aam ka achar Recipe
0.83 kg Kari (raw mangoes)
41.67 g sauf roughly grind
41.67 gms methi dana roughly grind
83.33 gms Salt
As Required Mirchi by taste
0.33 tbsp n oil mustard oil (heated and cooled)
0.17 g big spoon haldi
0.17 tbsp kalongi

STEP 1.Wash n cut Kari
STEP 2.Keep in sunlight
STEP 3.Mix all above put in jar
STEP 4.Keep in sunlight after 3 to 4 days fill the jar with mustard oil(raw) it should till the neck of the jar
