1/4 cup 1 /2 cup
1/4 tbsp Powdered sugar
A Pinch Pinch of salt
0.06 tsp ajwain
1/4 tbsp 1 /2 tbsp g
0.06 cup Water (as required to knead a dough
Directions: Mathri Kesari Shrikhand Tart Recipe
STEP 1.Take all ingredients expect ghee and water in a bowl . Mix them
STEP 2.Well . Now add ghee and mix the mixture it should be crumbly. Now add water slowly Start kneading a stiff dough yet pliable . Don’t use water in on go take slowly. Rest it for 10 mins
STEP 3.Baking of mathri tart
STEP 4.Roll a puri place in tart tin . Prick in middle with help of fork.
STEP 5.Bake it in preheat oven at 180degress for 20 mins untill golden brown.
STEP 6.Kesari shrikhand
STEP 7.1cup hangcurd
STEP 8.2 tbsp apurya kesar Mastani spread
STEP 9.Few drops of fab saffron essence
STEP 10.1 tbsp powdered sugar
STEP 11.Method
STEP 12.In a bowl take hung add sugar , essence and mix well.
STEP 13.Now add apurya spread and mix well and chill for sometime.
STEP 14.Assembling the tart
STEP 15.Take the tart add kesari shrikhand and decorate with pistachio and rose petals and enjoy .
