  • 1/10 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/20 cup Chopped Nuts

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 2.Simmer the milk on low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reduces to half its original quantity.
  • STEP 3.Add gulkand, condensed milk, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts to the reduced milk. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Pour the mixture into earthen pots (matka) or kulfi molds.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pots with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or until set.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve the matka gulkand kulfi chilled.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add a few strands of saffron soaked in warm milk for a richer flavor and aroma.
