About Matka Gulkand Kulfi Recipe:
Kulfi is an equivalent to indian ice-cream. They are basically frozen dessert prepared with milk and other flavouring agents. They are just perfect during hot summer days or as an after-meal dessert. Today i would like to share a kulfi with gulkand (rose petals jam) flavour and served in a matka/clay kulfi moulds. Hence the name matka gulkand kulfi.

- 0.40-0.60 pedas , crumbled
- 1/5-0.40 tablespoon chopped cashews / mixed nuts
- 0.30 tablespoon gulkand / rose petals jam
- 1/20 teaspoon cardamom powder
- As required chopped almonds, saffron and rose petals to garnish
