Ingredients for kiwi tresleche Recipe

  • 50 g For the cake:self raising flour
  • 40 gms Milk maid
  • 20 g Butter
  • 0.15 cup Milk
  • 1/5 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/20 cup Kiwi crush
  • 1/20 tsp Salt
  • 1/5 Cups Wipped cream

Directions: Kiwi Tresleche Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cream the butter and milkmaid very well with a wooden spoon till light & fluffy.
  • STEP 2.* Add flour, salt and milk one by one.
  • STEP 3.* Add lemon juice.
  • STEP 4.* Lastly fold in the kiwi crush .
  • STEP 5.* Put the above mixture in a buttered & papered
  • STEP 6.cake tin:
  • STEP 7.Bake in 180° C pre heated oven for first 10
  • STEP 8.minutes, then lower the heat to 170° C & bake for
  • STEP 9.further 30 minutes.
  • STEP 10.Pour some kiwi crush on cake and decorate with wipped cream
