STEP 1.Make mint chutney by adding mint, coriander, green chili, ginger, garlic, salt. Making sweet and sour chutney of tamarind, dates, jaggery.
STEP 2. Make a dry spice by adding roasted coriander cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder, black salt as per taste.
STEP 3. Squeezing bread slices soaked in water
STEP 4.Now put cashew nuts, almond dry grapes , raisins in the bread slices and close them well to make balls.
STEP 5.Add sugar to curd and mix well. Now placing bread vadas in a bowl and pour sweet thick curd over it.
STEP 6.Now pouring mint green chili chutney, tamarind sweet chutney and seve, sprinkling coriander and dry spice (masala )on top and serving dahi vadas of bread
