Ingredients for Fried Wedge Paneer Momos Recipe

  • 0.67 cups All purpose flour
  • 0.08 kg Grated paneer
  • 0.08 kg Cabbage
  • 0.67 pieces Carrot
  • 0.67 pieces Onion
  • 1 pieces Capsicum
  • 1 pieces Green chilies
  • 2.67 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.67 tsp Soy sauce
  • as required Schezwan sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 0.67 inch Ginger
  • 0.33 As Required Refind oil for frying

Directions: Fried Wedge Paneer Momos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Finely chop all the vegetables. Make a paste of green chili, garlic and ginger.
  • STEP 2. Knead the dough by adding 2 tsp of oil and salt to the maida.
  • STEP 3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute it well. Now add all the rest of the vegetables in it and saute it well. 2-3 m. After that add paneer, black pepper powder, soy sauce, schezwan sauce and salt, mix well and let it boil. (Adding salt to taste as soy sauce contains salt) Now let it cool down.
  • STEP 4.: Make a dough of dough and roll it and put vegetables on it and close it from all the corners.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry momos in it from both the sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot momos with schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup.
