  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take bread slices and remove the crusts. Cut them into round shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • STEP 2.Soak the bread rounds in water for a few seconds and then squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, whisk yogurt with salt, sugar, and roasted cumin powder. Add a little water to adjust the consistency.
  • STEP 4.Dip the soaked bread rounds in the yogurt mixture and place them on a serving plate.
  • STEP 5.Top the bread rounds with sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, and sprinkle some chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
