  • 2.67 pieces Bread slices
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • as required Mint chutney
  • as required Tamarind Sour-sweet chutney
  • as required Seve
  • as required Coriander
  • As Required Cashew almond dry grapes
  • As Required Chaat masala as per taste
  • as required Roasted cumin powder
  • as required Red chili powder
  • As Required Black pepper powder As per taste
  • as required Salt

Directions: Instant Bread Dahi Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make mint chutney by adding mint, coriander, green chili, ginger, garlic, salt. Making sweet and sour chutney of tamarind, dates, jaggery.
  • STEP 2. Make a dry spice by adding roasted coriander cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder, black salt as per taste.
  • STEP 3. Squeezing bread slices soaked in water
  • STEP 4.Now put cashew nuts, almond dry grapes , raisins in the bread slices and close them well to make balls.
  • STEP 5.Add sugar to curd and mix well. Now placing bread vadas in a bowl and pour sweet thick curd over it.
  • STEP 6.Now pouring mint green chili chutney, tamarind sweet chutney and seve, sprinkling coriander and dry spice (masala )on top and serving dahi vadas of bread
