Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • 0.08 kg Paneer
  • 0.67 pieces Tomatoes
  • 0.33 pieces Onion
  • 1 pieces Green chilies
  • as required Coriander
  • 0.33 tsp 1 +1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.17 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.33 tsp roasted coriander cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp kasuri methi
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.08 tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.17 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • STEP 1. Finely chop the onion and tomato. Grate the cheese in half and cut it in half.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil and butter in a pan, add green chilies and onions and saute it.
  • STEP 3.Now add tomatoes and saute well and add all the spices Kasuri fenugreek, butter, sugar, salt and fry well.
  • STEP 4.When the spices start leaving oil after cooking, add grated and shredded paneer and mix well.
  • STEP 5. Bring Paneer Bhurji Steam and cook it.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot paneer bhurji with coriander and grated paneer.
