A most loved dish at iftaar in hyderabad is dahi badey and these are made in medu vada style by me for a change and just to give it a new look this festive season. Use of chillies can be according to one's own preference. Kids as well as adults both love this cool, fluffy and melt in mouth dahi badeys a lot. This is a prominent feature at many an iftaar tables through out the city during ramadan. And this time, it is a must have due to the extreme hot weather. Happy iftaar time friends !!!!!!!!!!.

  • 40 gram Yoghurt

  • 0.03 cup coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/5-0.30 cup oil for frying
