Ingredients for Anokhi Pav Chutney Recipe

  • 1.33 pieces Bread slices
  • 0.67 tsp Besan flour
  • 0.33 tbsp carlache seed
  • 0.67 tsp Jaggery
  • 0.67 tsp Tamarind pulp
  • 0.67 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2.33 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.33 pieces Onion
  • as required Oil
  • as required Coriander
  • as required Seve

Directions: Anokhi Pav Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1. Roast the carla seeds and grind it.
  • STEP 2.Grate the garlic.Make a batter by adding water to the gram flour. Chop the onion and coriander.
  • STEP 3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté it. Now add tamarind pulp, jaggery, red chili powder and mix well.
  • STEP 4. Now add gram flour mixture to it and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Now add salt, powdered carle seed to it, mix it well and bring it to boil. This chutney is ready.
  • STEP 6.Now apply the chutney made on the bread slices and serve by adding onions, seve, coriander on top.
