Ingredients for Sandwich Vada Pav Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Gram flour
  • 0.06 cup Rice flour
  • 0.06 tsp thematic
  • 0.06 tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.06 tsp Baking soda
  • to taste Salt
  • 1.50 pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1.25 pieces Green chilies
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 2.50 pieces 10-12 pieces
  • as required Coriander
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil
  • 0.13 cup Coriander
  • 0.06 cup Mint
  • 1.25 pieces Green chilies
  • 1.50 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Sandwich Vada Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil potatoes, remove their peels and smash them. Preparation of paste of green chili, coriander, garlic, ginger, curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Make mint chutney by adding mint, coriander, green chili, garlic, ginger, salt in a mixer jar.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl add onion garlic masala, chaat masala, roasted coriander cumin powder, salt and mix well. This dry masala is ready.
  • STEP 4.Now add green chili paste to the mashed potatoes and mix them well to make small balls.
  • STEP 5.Make a batter by adding gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, asafoetida, baking soda, salt and water as required in a vessel. Cut the pav in the middle and apply mint chutney to one side and dry masala chutney to the other.
  • STEP 6.Now put a ball of potato vegetable in the chutneyed pav, close the loaf, dip it in the batter of gram flour and fry it in the heated oil till it becomes golden.
  • STEP 7.Fry the Sandwich Vadapav on medium flame till golden brown.
  • STEP 8.Cut Vadapav hot sandwiches in the middle and serve with chutney and sauce.
