  • 0.33 cup Basmati rice
  • 0.33 cup 1+1/2 cup chopped paneer
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 0.33 cup 1+1/2 cup
  • 0.33 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 0.67 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.33 cup chopped capsicum
  • 0.17 cup Carrot chopped
  • 0.08 cup cashews nut
  • 0.67 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp Biryani masala
  • 0.33 tsp 1+1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.08 tsp Asafoetida
  • as required Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Coriander

Directions: Paneer Tikka Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut all the vegetables into big squares. Chop 1+1/2 tomato. and pureeing 1+1/2. Cut 1 onion into squares. And fry one onion by cutting it long. Cook the rice 80%.
  • STEP 2.Fry paneer, cashew, potato.
  • STEP 3.Now put curd and all the spices in a bowl, mix it well, add fried paneer, potatoes and mix it well for 15 minutes. Keep to marinate
  • STEP 4.Now heat oil in a big vessel, add spices and all the vegetables and saute it well. Now add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and marinated paneer and potatoes, salt and add 2 ml. To step up Now put cooked rice, fried onions and cashews in it and cover it for 2 mm. Bring it on
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with hot paneer tikka biryani raita.
