Ingredients for Paneer Gulabjamun Recipe

  • 0.33 Litre 1 liter milk
  • 0.33 cup 1+1/2 cup sugar
  • 0.33 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.33 tsp all purpose flour / cornflour (sago flour / arrowroot for fasting)
  • 0.67 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cup desi ghee For Fryin

Directions: Paneer Gulabjamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan, add paneer balls and fry them well till they become golden crispy.
  • STEP 2.Put sugar and water in a vessel, make a wire chachani, add cardamom powder to it, mix it well and add fried paneer gulab jamun to it for 5 minutes. to keep.
  • STEP 3.Serve by adding chopped cashew almonds, rose petals on Paneer Gulab Jamun.
