Ingredients for Besan Sandwich Recipe

  • 1.50 pieces Bread slices
  • 1/4 cup Besan flour
  • 0.06 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 pieces Onion
  • 1/4 pieces Tomatoe
  • 3/4 pieces Green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp roasted coriander cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.06 tsp Asafoetida
  • as required Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Coriander
  • as required Tomato sauce

Directions: Besan Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1. Finely chop onion, tomato, coriander, green chili. Cut bread slices into triangles. Make a slurry by adding water as required, turmeric in gram flour, rice flour, asafoetida
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, green chili, red chili powder, coriander cumin powder, salt to the gram flour mixture and mix it well and put the bread slices in it and coat it well.
  • STEP 3. Now heat a pan on the gas, put butter or desi ghee on it, put bread slices in it, add ghee, cook both the sides and shake till it becomes golden
  • STEP 4.Serve hot besan sandwich with sauce.
